  • ICC Arbitration – Representing a large Saudi Arabian plastic manufacturer in its EUR 2,000,000 ICC dispute against a German engineering firm
  • LMAA Arbitration – Representing a German company in its dispute under a private yacht charter agreement
  • ICC Arbitration – Representing a German engineering company in its dispute against Cayman Island and Saudi private equity funds
  • Coordination of USD 30,000,000 multi-jurisdictional litigation before the London commercial court, Saudi Arabia, Panama and Ireland
  • Prevailed in pre-litigation dispute against large US Corporation representing Saudi based claimant over breach of contract
  • Submitted complaint before Saudi Capital Market Authority for infringement of CMA Law and its Implementing Regulations
  • Prevailed in dispute against UK Corporation representing a British claimant over breach of Data Protection duties
  • Provided German law opinion in particular as to expected amounts of quantum in connection with cross-border disputes
  • Managed large volume cross-border dispute e-discovery project in Saudi Arabia before English courts
